Walnut Ridge Senior Living Apartments is the redevelopment of the abandoned IPS #71 into a 78-unit senior apartment building. Partners in redevelopment include Miller Valentine Group, State of Indiana Low Income Housing Tax Credits, City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development, Local Initiative Support Corporation, National City Bank, Federal Home Loan Bank of Indiana and Forest Manor Multi-Service Center. Project began in August 2004 and completed in December 2005 and totaled $7.8 million.

Villages at Mill Crossing is 353-units of affordable rental housing and is the redevelopment of Parkwood Apartments. Prior to redevelopment, Parkwood Apartments had the highest incidence of police runs for the northeast side of Indianapolis. Partners include The Community Builders, Inc., State of Indiana Low Income Housing Tax Credits, City of Indianapolis Department of Metropolitan Development and the Local Initiative Support Corporation. Project completed in 2007 and totaled $60 million.
